Randleman – Billy Gene Suit, 66, of 111 Smith Street, died Wednesday, May 27, 1998, at his home. Funeral services will be 2pm Friday at Pugh Funeral Home, Randleman with Rev. Phillip King and the Rev. Lee Carter officiating. Burial will be at the Randleman Memorial Park with military honors.
He was a native of Newberry, S.C. attended Central Cathedral Church of God in Randleman. Was a retired store detective from Belks, Greensboro, a ham radio operator and a Korean War U.S. Army veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Grace Bell Suit of Randleman: daughters Debbie M. White of Greensboro, Josephine Owensbey, Karen Richardson, both of Randleman, Cynthia Boyce of Asheboro: son Thomas S Suit of Asheboro, From a previous marriage, Richard Suit/Cutler of Evans, Ga and Daniel Suit/Cutler of Edisto Island, S.C.. A brother, Donald E. Suit of Savannah, Ga: 11 grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home noon-1:30pm Friday.
