Nancy Ann Belcher Barlow, age 65, passed away Monday, February 4, 2013, at her residence in Patton Place, Winfield, WV. She was born April 3, 1947, a daughter of the late Harold "Jim" and Nellie Mae Hughes Belcher in St. Albans.
She was also preceded in death recently by a great-grandson, Peyton Browning.
She married Grant Cecil Bell on June 5, 1965 in Winfield, WV, officiated by Rev. William R. Thompson, at Winfield Presbyterian Church. She attended Winfield Church of God Mission in Fraziers Bottom and was a graduate of Winfield High School.
She is survived by
her son and daughter-in-law, William and Terri Bell of Winfield, WV and their children, Chelsea of Baton Rouge, LA and Christopher of Huntington, WV;
daughter, Tamara Bell of Charleston, WV and her daughters, Savanna and Bobby Browning of Leon, WV and Haylee Bell of Charleston, WV;
sister and brother-in-law, Sandy and Frank Shaffer of Hurricane, WV and their children, Jason, Jonathan and Erica Shaffer.
