She was born on May 25, 1918 in Kay County, Oklahoma the daughter of William Franklin and Lena (Goodell) Cary. Pauline was a graduate of Braman High School.
On May 25, 1937 Pauline was united in marriage to Wilbert Clark Land in Pryor, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death. She then married Claude C. Archibald on February 3, 1955 in Newton, Kansas and he too preceded her in death.
Pauline worked for Cessna, Medicalodge and as an EMT for the ambulance.
For many years she raised and sold rabbits, chickens and exotic birds.
Pauline is survived by two sons: Max Land of South Dakota and Dale Land of Oregon, ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son Reece Land, one daughter Norma Lee Price and half brother Mervil Cary.
