Graveside services for Jenny Lou Hill, 73, of Lubbock will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Slaton's Englewood Cemetery with the Rev. Elton Wyatt, a retired Methodist minister of Lubbock, officiating.
Burial will be under direction of Englunds Funeral Service.
She died Saturday, Dec. 12, 1998.
She was born July 10, 1925, in Slaton. She attended Slaton schools and graduated from Slaton High School. She married James E. Hill on Dec. 6, 1942. She moved to Knox City from Post. She owned the Knox County Herald Newspaper from 1958 until 1966, when she returned to Slaton. She moved to Plainview in 1974, and she moved to Lubbock in 1980.
