PATRICK, Anna Mary age 72 passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness, Wednesday, February 6, 2013. Anna Mary was born and raised in Middletown, Ohio to the late John and Mary Frances Otterbein. She was a 1959 Middletown High School graduate and a 1962 graduate of Middletown Hospital School of Nursing. Anna Mary was a RN at St. Elizabeth Hospital with over 15 years of service. She then went on to volunteer at Kettering Medical Center; serving in the PACU ward for the last 24 years. Anna Mary had many hidden talents as well. She enjoyed playing the piano and was an avid painter; using oils, charcoals and pastels.

Anna Mary is survived by her loving husband, of 49 years, James Patrick of Kettering, their two daughters Beth Patrick Campbell and Julie Patrick, two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a sister Jane Otterbein of Middletown.

Family to receive friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Far Hills Chapel; with Pastor Don Payne officiating. Burial will follow David's Cemetery.
