Felipe Sr, 89, the Patriarch of our family, went to be with his Lord and join our dear mother, on Tues, Mar 21, 1995.

He was born May 1, 1905, to Senon and Benita Morales Cabrera in San Carlos, Mexico. He married Mercedes Acosta in Clinton, OK, on May 31, 1931. They had 60 years together before she went to Heaven in July of 1991.

He was also preceded in death by 2 sons, Donnie and Albert; and grandsons, Greg and Robert Thomas. He leaves sons Phillip Jr, Richard, Robert, and Lewis; 5 daughters, Stella Stout, Margaret Macias, Julie Franco, and Lois Stonebreaker; 2 sisters, Florencia Hernandez and Maria Tenorio; brother Manuel Avila; 36 grandchildren; and many great and great-great grandchildren.

Felipe was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church for 55 years, a charter member for 47 years of the Catholic Action Club, which he served as President for many terms. He was also a charter member of the Knights of Columbus.

Felipe will be missed by his many, many friends. His family will miss him, but will be comforted knowing he is with their mother in Heaven.
