Margarett R. Steffens Spencer, age 87, of Del City, OK, passed from this life February 6, 2013. She was born August 10, 1925, in Lindsay, OK, to John & Myrtle Rayburn.

Margarett was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Moore. She retired from Tinker Air Force Base after 25 years of service.

Margarett is survived by her son, Gene Steffens & wife, Ruth, of South OKC; grandchildren, Justin Steffens & wife, Patti, Brandon Steffens & wife, Amy and Michelle Butler & husband, Brent; great-grandchildren, Gaven Kanske, Cashen Steffens, Masen Steffens, Colby Steffens, Grace Steffens and Lakyn Butler; nephew, Mike Rayburn, whom she was close to.

A special "thank you" to Centennial Hospice and Wellington Parke.

Funeral Services will be held at Monday, February 11, 2013, at the First Baptist Church of Moore, 301 NE 27th St. Interment to follow at Moore Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel, Moore, OK
