COMBS, Brenda Jean age 61, of Somerville, passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at Sycamore Hospital. She was born May 23, 1951 in Jackson, KY to Steward and Juanita (Gross) Keith. She was a homemaker. Brenda was a member of Elizabeth Town Church of God and enjoyed cooking, baking and T.V. games. She is preceded in death by her parents; step-sons, Curtis Ray and Chane Alan Combs. Brenda is survived by her children, Ashford Wayne (Amy) Combs of Somerville, James Gregory Combs of Middletown; grandchildren, Patrick Michael Sallie, Sarah Marie Combs; brother, George Wayne (Loraine) Keith of Middletown; sister, Wanda Faye (Jerry) Lawson of Franklin; former husband, Omer (Ruth) Combs of Middletown and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 12:00-2:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow on Tuesday at 2:00 pm with Pastor Robert McCarty officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
