Deacon Edward Fox was a Revolutionary War Soldier. Worked as a cordwainer in a shoe factory. One of the first families to settle on Saddle Hill in Meredith, N.H. Cemetery was vandalized and his stone is no longer there. He was married June 11, 1780 in Newmarket, Rockingham Co., N.H. to Anna Creighton. They were the parents of Elizabeth "Betsey" Fox.
