The family and I would like to thank all the fire and rescue people as well as the good Samaritans that helped our family that night," Sarah Liberto's husband, David, said in a statement released Monday. "We would also like to thank God for helping the survivors. This is very hard for all of us. Sarah was very special, she was my wife and soul mate and the best mommy any child could hope for. She was a sister, an aunt and a daughter. But most of all she was my best friend. Sarah will be deeply missed by all who ever knew her. We take comfort in knowing that she is with her father in heaven."
