1900
In THE 1900 US FEDERAL CENSUS, page 49 of 58, lines 48-50. We find Bonnie, one month old baby of Wesley Washington Dolinger, age 34, and Martha Blevins Dolinger, age 27. She was born on May 1, 1900, her family lived in Wilson, Grayson County, VA. Her oldest sibling was (my grandmother) Nancy Elizabeth, age 12. The family list continues on page 50 of 58 of this Census. Her other siblings were Thomas Franklin "Tom", age 8: Bertha "Bertie" Lou, age 5; Lessie Sara, age 4. Her family were farmers. (There was a typo or ? mistake concerning Bonnie, calling her Bennie, and listing her as a son. I find some error or errors in many Censuses. We do know they only had 1 son. She is buried at the COAL CITY CEMETERY, only a couple miles from my house.

1901
She was only 10 months old when her mother, Martha, died on March 23, 1901, at the age of 33.

1902
Bonnie's father, Wesley marries his second wife Alice F. Prewitt on Feb. 4, 1902.

1910
In the 1910 US FEDERAL CENSUS, we find Bonnie, age 11, and her family living in Elkhorn, McDowell County, WV. (There is a typo spelling her name, Bennie, also that Bennie is a male. She was the youngest child of Wesley and Martha.) Her sister Nancy Elizabeth, is not listed because Elizabeth has married James W. Wallace on May 8, 1908 at Welch, McDowell County, WV.,(These are my grandparents). James and Elizabeth's residence was Kyle, McDowell County, WV. Her father Wesley, age 42, and her brother, Thomas, age 18, are working in the Coal Mines. They rented their home. She and her sister Bertie, age 15, and Lessie, age 14 could read and write and attended school. Her younger siblings at home are Fred, age 7, and Ethel, age 4.

1919
Bonnie, age 19, marries Preston Wyatt, age 17, on Oct 5, 1919. They were married in Ashe County, NC.

1920
The next place we find Bonnie, age 19, is in the 1920 US FEDERAL CENSUS. They rent their home at Big Horse Creek Road, Piney Creek, Ashe County, NC. Her husband's occupation is a laborer at a Logging Camp.

Also in this census we find Preston's family are their neighbors. His father Lee Wyatt, age 50; his mother Nancy, age 46; siblings, brother Edd, age 22 and sister Berth, age 12. Lee is also a laborer at the Loggin Camp.

1930
In the 1930 US FEDERAL CENSUS, Bonnie and Preston lives in Fireco, Shady Spring District, Raleigh County, WV. They have 3 children, Raymond, age 6; Lucille, age 3; and Donley, age 2. Preston is a laborer at a Coal Tipple. They rent their home.

1940
In the 1940 US FEDERAL CENSUS, Bonnie, age 39 and her husband Preston, age 38, are still living at Fireco with her children, son Raymond, age 16; daughter Lucille, age 13; son, Donly, age 11 and Wyatt Junior, age 6.. Preston's occupation was a Carpenter, a House Builder. They rented their home for $11.00. Her sisters, Elizabeth Dolinger Wallace and Bertha "Bertie" Dolinger Roark, are also living in Fireco. This will be the last place we find Bonnie, except her Certificate of Death.

1941
Bonnie died on Jan 25, 1941. She was 40 years, 8 months, and 24 days old. She was 8 months pregnant. The baby also died. The informant on her Certificate of Death is her brother, T. F. Dolinger (Thomas Franklin Dolinger). She is buried at the Coal City Cemetery, Coal City, Raleigh County, WV.
