Mrs. Almeda Ellen Boggess, 83, of Allens Route, Sissonville, died April 10, 1990, in Americare of Dunbar after a long illness. She was a member of Allens Fork Community Mission and was a lifelong resident of Kanawha County.
Surviving: daughters, Rosa Lee Raines of Charleston, Reba Harrison of South Charleston; son, Edward Ray of Nitro, Ronald Lee of Dunbar; sister, Fay McCubbin of Charleston; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Service was held at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Jerry Bonnett officiating. Burial followed in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.
