Mary Irene Cress-Kramer, 79, passed away in Oklahoma City on February 15, 2012. She was born in Holton, KS on March 6, 1932. Her first husband, Fielden Cress, preceded her in death in 2003. She is survived by her husband of 8 years, Larry Kramer, three children (Rita, Galen and Bill) and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Irene was proud to have been one of few women to work as an airplane mechanic at Tinker Air Force Base in the 1960s. Following her retirement, she served alongside Fielden as he pastored Calvary Assembly of God in Midwest City for 15 years. Some of her family's fondest memories are of her making hot rolls and pies for everyone to enjoy. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Candlewood Chapel at Ford Funeral Service in Midwest City, OK.
