The Putnam County Herald Newspaper:
MARTIN, MRS. H. C.: The funeral of Mrs. H. C. Martin was held at the
residence Sunday afternoon at one o'clock, services begin conducted by
Elder J. D. Walling and Rev. W. W. Baxter. The esteem in which Mrs.
Martin was held was attested by the large attendance of sorrowing
friends. The floral offerings were numerous and beautiful. [Date
