Margaret Enders, 99, of Watertown, South Dakota, and formerly of Winner, South Dakota, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at the Stoney Brook Suites Assisted Living in Watertown, South Dakota.

Margaret Esther (Matthews) Enders was born on May 11, 1910, to Oscar and Vera (Comstock) Matthews in Pisgah, Iowa.

Margaret worked for many years with the soil conservation service, Winner Advocate, and worked until her retirement with Tripp County Register of Deeds Office.

She was the pianist and longtime trustee of the Winner Episcopal Church. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star.

She was married to E. L."Dutch" Enders.

Margaret is survived by her son Joey (Rose) Enders, Jenison, Michigan, her daughter Jana (Paul) Kemp, Mitchell, South Dakota, her brother Albert Matthews, Sun City, California, and grandchildren Amy and Aaron Kemp.

She is preceded in death by her husband E. L. "Dutch" in 1963, her brothers Stanley, Ver, Benjamin and John, and her sister Alyce Matthews McCall.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 18, at the Winner Cemetery in Winner, South Dakota.
