Naomi was born to Nelson E Pierce, b. 1856 and Minerva E Pierce, b. 1869 – in Butler County, Iowa. Naomi had two brothers.
Naomi married William Gotfredson on March 14, 1914, Butte County, SD; they were blessed with a daughter and two sons: Dorothy, Willard, and Wayne Gotfredson.
The marriage ended in divorce.
William Gotfredson is buried in Wyoming.
Naomi Gotfredson married Charles McIntosh Seifert on Feb. 26, 1939, in Meade, SD. They made their home in Butte County, SD.
Naomi and Charles Seifert are both buried in this cemetery; Charles died in 1967, and Naomi followed in 1978.

Burial will be in Pine Slope Cemetery under direction of Frost & Sons Funeral Home of Belle Fourche.
Mrs. Siefert died Sunday at a Belle Fourche nursing home. She was born April 14, 1895, at Shellsburg, Iowa. She moved so Chicago as a young girl and then to Midland at age 15. She attended schools in Chicago and Midland.
She worked in a newspaper office setting type at Midland and Nisland. She later took nurses training at Deadwood.
She married William Gotfredson on March 19, 1912, at Belle Fourche.
March 1, 1939, she married Charles Siefert in Sturgis. The couple ranched in the Nisland area until 1974 when they moved to Belle Fourche. Mrs. Siefert has been a resident of a nursing home since December 1977.
Survivors include one daughter, Dorothy Barber of Touchet, Wash.; two sons, Willard Gotfredson of Douglas, Wyo., and Wayne Gotfredson of Lander, Wyo.; 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and her husband Charles Siefert.
A memorial has been established to the heart fund.
