FARMER DIES AFTER STROKE
Wencel Krish, Cooperstown, To Be Buried Friday


Wencel Krish, 68, Cooperstown farmer, died last night at a Green Bay hospital. He suffered a stroke on the farm Monday and was removed to the hospital.

Mr. Krish retired from active farming 10 years ago and continued to make his home on the farm now operated by his son. Edward.

Funeral Friday
Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Joseph's church, Kellnersville. Interment will be in the Greenstreet cemetery.

Mr. Krish was born in 1868 on the farm near Rosecrans which was operated by his father and his father and his grandfather. He continued to make his home on the same farm. He married Miss Mary Marshek in 1894. Mrs. Krish died 19 years ago.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Frelich and Mrs. Michael Sleger, both of Maribel; three sons, Wencel Jr. and Edwin, city, Edward, Cooperstown; two brothers, Frank, Maribel, and Joseph, Denmark; four sisters, Mrs. Emma Hotavec and Mrs. John Novotny, both of Chicago, Mrs. Joseph Wanek, Milwaukee, Mrs. Frank Kovarik, Maribel.

The body will be removed to the home Thursday afternoon from the Husar and Wachal funeral home, Kellnersville.

The pallbearers were Anton Marshek, John Pinger, Frank Kovarik, Charles Zeman, Anton Krall and John Sladkey.
