Henry removed first to Providence, where he married his second wife and had several children born, then he removed to Canterbury, Conn. about 1706 where he d. 28 June 1748/9, age 85 years, 7 mos., 21 days/ Canterbury Record says Henry Adams, Senior died ye June 28th,AD 1749. In his will, he mentions his last wife Hannah who died 20 Mar 1748.
Henry made his will 10 Sep 1748, proved 21 Jul 1749. He bequeaths to his last wife, Hannah, for her three natural daughters, the goods she brought with her, nameshis three sons, David, Solomon, and Ebenezer, giving to David L20 and Solomon and Ebenezer L10 each. Joseph had gone to Mass. Hannah, Ruth, & Patience L400 in bills of credit. David was one of the executors. Wearing apparel to 5 sons, books to eight children.
