Lydia Wheeler was the daughter of James Wheeler and Abigail Hosmer. ca1780, she married Sampson Cole as his second wife. They had 8 children. She is buried where is described as a small cemetery near Blekenhekler School, below Saint Clair's Bottom Church, near Adwolf. This may be the same cemetery as Saint Clair's Bottom Primative Baptist Church Cemetery.
