KENNETH E. BAYSINGAR Kenneth Eugene Baysingar, 16, of 1576 Meadow'Dr died Friday at 11:20 p.m. at Cottage Hospital, where he had been a patient since Jan. 3. He was born Aug. 16,1956, at Peoria and moved to Galesburg a year later. He was a junior at Galesburg High School. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Baysinger; a sister Christine, at home; the maternal grandfather, William Bastain, Bartonville; the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Florence Baysingar, Pekin; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Miles Baysingar, Altona. and a great-grandfather, Paul Romer, South Pekin. Funeral will be Tuesday at, 10:30 a.m. at Hinchliff-Pcarson- West Chapel, where friends may call Monday from 5-9 p.m. Burial will be at Oak Lawn Memorial Garden
