"Edwin Buchanan, the tenth child and sixth son of Jennet Buchanan Blue and William Buchanan, was born August 27, 1855, and died November 4, 1937. On October 17, 1883, he married first Annie E. McDougald. She and an infant daughter died the same day, September 24, 1884, and are buried at Laurinburg, NC.
On December 27, 1888, Edwin Buchanan married the second time Meta Graham McGeachy, who was born November 23, 1862."
