Alonzo "Lonnie" Franklin Clark worked in sawmills with his father "Pony" Clark in northern Arkansas and around Jackson County before moving to Posseum Grape. He was married to Rose Anna Knight. He fathered five children, A.F. Clark Jr., Thomas F. Clark, and Betty Hickman Lovelady of Bradford. Rose Howard of Kokomo, Indiana and Jerry Robison of Dallas, Texas. His decendants still populate the Bradford area. He is rested at Coffeyville Cemetary next to his wife Rose and his two sons, A.F. "Junior" and Thomas Clark.
