She was the wife of William G. Carbaugh, her husband of 47 years.
Born Nov. 9, 1932, in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late Charles B. Sr. and Nellie V. Twentey Cannon.
Mrs. Carbaugh was a graduate of Frederick High School.
She retired from the Bon-Ton Department Store in Carlisle after 17 years.
Mrs. Carbaugh was a Protestant.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two brothers, Charles B. Cannon Jr. and wife Shirley, and Connie Mack Cannon and wife Betty, all of Frederick; one aunt, Eloise Hines of Frederick; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Viewing will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, at Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23. The Rev. Howard A. Kerstetter will officiate.
Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Church Cemetery, Scotland, Pa.
