Funeral Services Held for William L. Gray
Funeral services for William Lee Gray, 74, of North Hodge were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday April 19 at the North Hodge Assembly of God Church.
Rev. F. C. Chamberlain, pastor and Rev. Edgar Gunter conducted the services. Burial was in the fellowship Cemetery under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Mr. Gray, a Jackson Parish native, died Monday in a Shreveport hospital following an illness of several weeks.
Survivors include his widow; two sons, Walter H. Gray and D. L. Gray, both of North Hodge; one daughter, Mrs. Lethia Bell, North Hodge; two brothers, Charlie Gray, Gibsland and Golden Gray, Hodge; two sisters, Mrs. Maue Cooper and Mrs. Ola Maize, both of Monroe; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

One of nine children of Charles Westley Gray and Lovie Alabama "Anna" Causey Gray, who are buried in Simsboro. Brother Golden F. Gray is also buried in Fellowship.
