Wednesday at his home here. Born Aug.

28, 1896 at Holyrood, he married Mary

Durham, Oct. 27, 1921 at Lamar, Colo.


He was a retired car dealer and lived here

since 1903


He was a member of Dighton United Methodist

Church and The American Legion for 50 years


Survivors are the widow; son, Kenneth, Scott

City; daughters; Mrs. Jean Morgan, Oak

Grove, Ark.; Mrs. Joan Baird, Breckenride,

Colo.; Mrs. Joyce McBride, Leoti; sister:

Mrs. Clauda Lamb, Concord, Calif.; 14

grandchildren; 10 greatgrandchildren.


Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at

the church; Rev. Robert Vance. Burial

will be in the Dighton Memorial Cemetery.

Family suggests memorials to Diabetic Fund

in care of First National Bank, Dighton.

Niles Zenor Funeral Home, Dighton in charge of arragements.
