Kings Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Ky. She was born February 14, 1932, the
daughter of the late Charlie and Darkie Prater Mullins. Funeral services were
conducted Wednesday, July 26, at 11 a.m., at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin,
Ky., with Jimmy Price officiating.
Burial followed in the Mullins Cemetery, Blue River, Ky., under the direction of
Nelson Frazier Funeral Home.
