Two of the persons who were sick with smallpox died last week. One was Minor Woodward, son of Mrs. John Woodward of West Red Bank. He died last Thursday afternoon and was buried on Thursday night. He had joined the American Mechanics about two weeks before his death, and was a member of two of the benefit societies connected with the order. This entitled his relatives to death benefits amounting to $500. The burial took place in the Woodward plot at Fair View cemetery.
