Miss Ann Sladkey, 91, died Wednesday evening at St. Mary Home for the Aged, Manitowoc, following a short illness.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at All Saints Catholic Church in Denmark. The Rev. C.A. Dionne will officiate and burial will be in St. Wencel Cemetery, Greenstreet.
Miss Sladkey was born December 27, 1864 in Czechoslovakia and came to this county with her parents at the age of two and settled near Maribel. For many years she was housekeeper for her brother, Matt, of Rt. 1, Maribel, who died seven years ago. She had been a resident of St. Mary's Home since January 1, 1940.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. John Yuench of Dousman and Mrs. Alfred Rasmussen of Rt. 1, Maribel and seven nieces and seven nephews.
Friends may call at the Wochos Funeral Home, Denmark, after 6 p.m. Saturday.
