NOTICE TO PROVE WILL AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
STATE OF WISCONSIN, COUNTY COURT, MANITOWOC COUNTY-IN PROBATE.
In Re Estate of Frank Spevacek, Deceased.
Notice Is Hereby Given, That at the regular Term of said Court to be held on the first Tuesday (being the first day) of September A.D. 1925, at the Court House in the City of Manitowoc, County of Manitowoc and State of Wisconsin, there will be heard and considered the application of William Spevacek to admit to probate the last Will and Testament of Frank Sepvacek late of the town of Cooperstown, in said County, deceased, and for the appointment of an executor (or, administrator with Will annexed);
Notice Is Hereby Further Given, That at the regular Term of said Court to be held at said Court House, on the first Tuesday, (being the first day) of December A.D. 1925, there will be heard, considered and adjusted, all claims against said Frank Spevacek, deceased;
And Notice Is Hereby Further Given, That all such claims for examination and allowance must be presented to said County Court at the Court House, in the City of Manitowoc, in said County and State on or before the first day of December, A.D. 1925, or be barred.
