MARIA ZEMAN
(1845 - 1922)

The burial of the late Mrs. Albert Zeman took place Saturday morning May 6th at ten o'clock from the St. Wencelaus church at Greenstreet, Rev. Rous officiating.

She leaves to mourn her loss five daughters and two sons Mrs. Cherney of Chicago, Mrs. Kubs, Mrs. Mleziva of Lena, Mrs. John Hamernik of Rosecrans and Mrs. Anton Krall of Maribel, Frank and Charles of Rosecrans. Her husbnad preceded her in death eight years ago.

She made her home with her youngest son Charles on a farm in Rosecrans. She was one of the old pioneer settlers and lived on a farm all her life time. She was 76 years old at the time of her death.

She also leaves four sisters and one brother. They are Mrs. Wencel Elmer of Denmark, Mrs. Cherf of Antigo, Mrs. Adams of Sheboygan and Mrs. Kulaszariez of Bessemer, Mich. and Wencel Skwor of Greenstreet. All of the above were present at the funeral except Mrs. Cherf. The cortege which followed her to her resting place was very large in spite of the bad weather

Mr. and Mrs. Dave Goessl attended the Zeman funeral Saturday at Greenstreet. Mrs. Zeman being an aunt of Mrs. Goessl.
