The Jackson, Tenn, native had lived in Palatka and East Palatka for the past 25 years. He was a member of the Palatka Men's Golf Association and a former member of the Palatka Kiwanis Club. He had worked as plant manager for Florida Furniture Industries in Palatka.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Louise Brill Richardson of Palatka; sons, Larry Richardson of DeLand and Jim Richardson of Louisville, Ky.; sisters, Pearl Klein of Port Charlotte and Opal Ross of Louisville, Ky.; brothers, George Richardson of Louisville, Ky. and Woodrow Richardsobn of Pontotoe, Miss.; and four grandchildren.
