William John Barnett & Elizabeth Jennings Lee Barnett last child was Ada Belle Barnett (Andrew Leroy Barnett's sister), who after their death will go to live with older sister Lenora A. Barnett Browder and her husband Jeremiah Browder (1840-1939).

Andrew Leroy Barnett and Susan A. Sherman, daughter of William C. Sherman & Susan E. (nee' Nobles) Sherman, married on January 2, 1870 at William Blackburn's (an uncle by marriage to Mary Elizabeth Nobles, aunt of Susan A. Sherman's)in Montgomery, Montgomery County, Alabama. The marriage ceremony was performed by Thomas J. Miles, a Minister of the Gospel. James M. Crow (husband of Andrew Leroy Barnett's Mother's sister-his Aunt Eliza A. (nee' Lee) Crow and N.D. Wright (also related) were the witnesses.
