Juanita May Cart, 95, of Anderson, passed away on February 28, 2013 at Countryside Manor Health Care Anderson, IN. She was born on December 29, 1917 in Ft. Gay, West Virginia and resided most of her life in Anderson.

She had worked as an LPN for Dukes for several years.

She was a member of East Lynn Christian Church Anderson, Indiana where she taught Sunday School and was a member of the CWF and 50 year member of Order of Eastern Star #154. She was very proud of her family.

Juanita is survived by her children, Relna (Bob) Roy of Anderson, IN and Max (Ofelia Biero) May of FL; grandchildren, David (Melissa) Diedrick of Galveston, Lisa (Robert) Titus of Walton, Shawn May of Macy, IN, Ryan Roy of Anderson and Rachel Hamilton (Pat Ferry) of Austin, TX; great-grandchildren, Talleigha (Lacey) Ttitus, David Diedrick Jr, Dayton Diedrick, Breanna Diedrick, all of Galveston, Austin Roy and Alia Roy of Anderson; Siblings, Herma Bond, Pearline Marcum, Mavis (Philip) Thompson and Menuard Frazier; sisters-in-law, Janice Frazier, Elvira May and Rose Frazier; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husbands, Menuard May and husband, Richard Cart; parents, Owen and Vada (Sammons) Frazier; infant daughter, Carolyn May; siblings, Mildred and husband, Lawrence Stryker, Marie Frazier, Jessie Campbell, Elmer Frazier and Roy Frazier; and infant twin brothers, sisters and brothers-in-law, Ina and Cecil Wilson, Harold May, Maxine Bell and Priscilla May, William Bond, Robert Britton, and Lark Marcum; and great grandson Stern Titus.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 9:30 - 11:30 at the East Lynn Christian Church, 522 East 53rd, Anderson.
Services will be held at 11:30am Tuesday at the church with Rev. Susan Cameron officiating.

There will be a chapel service at 2:30pm at the Ever Rest Cemetery, 8315 East Logansport Road, Logansport, IN 46947.
