VERLA MAE HAGER, 67, of Branchland, wife of Albert Hager, died Tuesday in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Also surviving are four sons, David Hager of Detroit, Albert Benjamin Hager, James Luther Hager and Paul Edward Hager, all of Branchland one daughter, Sharon Hager of Mount Sterling, Ky. four brothers, Wayne Cochran of Huntington, David Cochran of Tennessee, George Cochran and Frank Cochran, both of Wayne three sisters, Linda Adams and Janice Brewster, both of Midkiff, and Gladys Noe of West Hamlin and one half sister, Lucy Cochran of Wayne. Funeral 2 p.m. Thursday at Midkiff United Baptist Church burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home.
