Charles Krizek, 66, of 414 N. Ninth St., Manitowoc, died Sunday morning at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc, following a brief illness. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Claude LeClair will officiate and burial will be in the St. Augustine Catholic Church Cemetery, Town of Kossuth. Graveside military rites will be accorded by Post 88 of the American Legion.

Charles Krizek was born June 28, 1902, in the Town of Kossuth, son of the late John and Margaret Matejovetc Krizek. He was employed as a custodian at Holy Family Hospital and at the Post Office, Manitowoc. Mr. Krizek was a World War II veteran serving with the 73rd Troop Carrier Squadron (Enlisted 24 Oct 1942).

Survivors include four brothers, John of Bloomer, Frank and Joseph of Manitowoc, and Adolph of Kossuth. A sister preceded him in death. Friends may call at the funeral home at the time of services.
