Mrs. Frank Krizek Jr., 23, (photo) of Francis Creek, died Tuesday afternoon at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, after giving birth to a son four hours earlier. The infant, Mark Gerard, died at birth. Funeral services for the mother and infant will be at 9 a.m. Friday at the Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Reif Mills. The Rev. Joseph Rauch will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Krizek, the former Louella Shoulak, was born at Manitowoc Sept. 9, 1932, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Shoulak. She attended St. Paul Catholic School and was graduated from Lincoln High School in 1951. She was employed after graduation at the Aluminum Mfg. Co. On Sept. 30, 1953, she was married to Frank Krizek Jr. She is survived by the husband; a daughter, and a son, at home; parents; two brothers; a sister; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Shoulak of Rt. 5, Manitowoc. Also surviving Mark Gerard are the paternal grandparents Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 oclock this Wednesday evening where the Rosary will be recited at 8 oclock Wednesday and
