DURHAM, Earl W.
-Age 88 of Nashville. April 22, 2007. He was born on February 26, 1919 in Sumner County. Mr. Durham was a charter member and Deacon of Rosedale Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Navy in World War II. He joined the U. S. Navy in 1943 and served aboard the USS Webber in the North Atlantic. After retiring, he was an avid bowler in several leagues where he received several awards.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Audrie M. Durham and sisters, Polly Hames, Rosie Hobson and brother, Johnny Durham and daughter, Willie Mai Pruitt.

Survived by brothers, Fred and Bobby Durham; sister, Louise Trisdale; children, Ramie (Lenora) Moss, Donald (Rose) Moss, Billie Ann Ramsey, Gay (Jim) Sullens, Ronnie (Kathy) Bryant, John (Brenda) Bryant, Darlene (Freddy) Baskin; 14 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren.

Services will be conducted by Rev. E. Hooper and Rev. M. Kennedy on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Dignity Hall, at 2:30 p.m.. Grandsons will serve as Pallbearers.
