MARIE BRUENIG
Mrs. Raymond (Marie) Bruenig, 89, former Mishicot resident, now living with her daughter and son-in-law, Arleen and Ray Hastreiter, died early Sunday morning, December 2, 1990 at Holy Family Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 10 am Wednesday at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. Msgr. James Feely will officiate and entombment will be at Knollwood Mausoleum.
She was born in the Town of New Denmark, September 19, 1901, daughter of the late Terrence and Nellie Scanlan Bradley.
She was married to Raymond Bruenig, September 26, 1934 at St. James Catholic Church, Cooperstown. He preceded her in death April 20, 1986. She lived in the Town of Mishicot until moving to Manitowoc in 1978. She was a member of Holy Innocents Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Arleen and Ray Hastreiter of Manitowoc; a son, Raymond Jr. of Manitowoc; a brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Angeline Bradley of Route 1, Denmark; a sister-in-law, Grace Bradley of Santa Rosa, California; two grandchildren, Mrs. Michael (Faye) Dreger of Oshkosh, David and his wife, Geri Hastreiter of Manitowoc; three great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, 5:30 pm to 8 pm Tuesday. Memorial services will be led by Deacon Kenneth Nelsen at 7:30 pm
