On Mary Jane's death certificate, it states she is buried at Hayes Cemetery. She was b 23 Oct 1848 in Franklin Co AL d, 13 July 1938 in Cypress Inn, Wayne Co TN.If she is buried at Hayes cemetery, then she is buried in an unmarked grave, but some researchers believe she is buried at Darby Cemetery next to James in an unmarked grave.
