Wife of Walton C. Smalley

Funeral services for Essie LeSueur Smalley, 76, of Route 5, Northport, who died Monday at her residence, were to be at 2 p.m. today at Sunset Funeral Home. Burial in the Sunset Memorial Park.
Survivors include her husband, Walton C. Smalley, Northport; two sons, Jerry M. Smalley and Michael C. Smalley, both of Northport; three daughters, Mrs Thurman (Betty) West, Mrs. Gaines (Shirley) Lunceford and Mrs. Ted (Sandra) Jones, all of Northport; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were to be Chauncey Vickers, Lee Swindle, Jerry Beams, Randall Smalley, Wilburn Gant, Dwight Beams, Donnie Ray Collins and Gilbert McCarley.
She was a lifelong resident of the Samantha community.
