One Fun Lady. Beloved Mother of Renate Dietmar and Artur. Wife of Alfred Ziegelwanger (1925-1967). Daughter of Josef (1885-1947), and Maria (1892-1965). Sister of Josef Kleber Jr. (1914-1942), Regina Kleber Falkner (1915-1995), Maria "Mitzi" Kleber Hahnl(1916-1997), Susanna Kleber Plotzlberger (1917-2011), Georg Kleber (1918-1998), Hans Kleber (1919-2014), Anton "Tony" Kleber (1921-1979), Julia Kleber Derflinger (1921-1995), Cäcilia "Cilli" Kleber Voltmer (1923-1971), Margaretha Kleber Shields (1926-2021),Hugo Kleber (1933-2009), and Engelbert (1935-2022). Loved by all who knew her. Was very close to her sister Margaret. Resi really enjoyed having a good time, and did not let the grass grow under her. If there was something she wanted to do she did it, and enjoyed every minute of it. If it came to her and her sister Margaret hitting the town, or sneaking her boyfriend into her bedroom at night, she would do it. Resi really enjoyed life. Resi was always there to lend a helping hand, when her sister Margaret got married, and could not take her daughter Sonja with her to the United States, Resi took her in and raised her, and once her sister and husband were settled in there new home, they sent for Sonja, but Resi always considered Sonja like her daughter. Resi had a big heart. She only came to America once with her sister Mitzi in 1991. That is when I met her, she was quite a character. They visited Yosemite National Park, Resi had so much fun she came back with an Indian Head-dress on, and a drum, and played for everyone like the guide showed her. A very Heavy Smoker Resi came down with Throat Cancer in 1997. Her beloved sister Maragret (the only sibling living in America) got on a plane to take care of her sister. Resi was still tough right up until the end, barely able to speak, her greedy daughter-in-law, wanted her to sign a check, because they need money (something they spent like they were printing it), and then started screaming at her. The woman said she would take her to court, Resi on deaths door, said in German "Go to Hell." Feisty right up until the end. Resi always had either a smile, a smirk, or a grin on her face, and was always ready to laugh, she was always positive even in the face of cancer she was 69 years old when she died on May 5, 1998. Resi is not buried with her late husband she is buried with her long time companion Anton Rasp (1924-1989).
