Mrs. George Williams died this morning at 6:30 at her home in Wauponsee township after an illness of several months.
Her maiden name was Arvilla Tinsman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Tinsman of Morris and she was born on a farm in Verona on June 21, 1876. She was married in Morris on Jan. 31, 1895 to George Williams and they have lived on the farm in Wauponsee. Mrs. Williams was at one time organist in the Baptist church.
Besides her parents and husband there are four children surviving, Otho 21, Lois 17, Claire 12, and Muriel 10 years. She also leaves a sister Mrs. Maude Dix of Battle Creek, Mich., and brother Oscar Tinsman of Morris.
The funeral arrangements have not been made and her son, Otho, who is at Camp Logan, Houston, Texas, is heading home. The last news of him was that he was in the camp hospital suffering from injuries caused by a fall.

The funeral of Mrs. George Williams who died in Wauponsee Saturday morning, will be held Wednesday at 1 o'clock from her home, Rev. J.C. Richardson of Morris will officiate. Burial will be in Sample cemetery. The funeral was delayed until the arrival of her son, Otho, who is on the way home from Camp Logan, Houston, Texas.
