Ms. Barbara Jean Farrow, of 542 South Sun Flower Way passed Monday, January 10, 2011. Ms. Farrow was the daughter of the late Mr. Melvin Shippy and Ms. Pearl Williams. She was a native of Spartanburg County.
Survivors include one son, Mr. Clifford Farrow of Washington, DC; one daughter preceded in death, Ms. Beverly Ann Farrow; one sister, Ms. Bessie Farrow of the home; three brothers, Mr. Lester Carter, Mr. Willie Lewis Carter, and Mr. Andrew Farrow, all of Spartanburg, SC.
Funeral service will be held Friday, January 14, 2011, at 3:00 PM at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Funeral Home. Rev. Frankie Ford will officiate. Burial will be in the Cedar Wood Cemetery.
