Rose J. Gordon, age 74, of 2003 14th St., Two Rivers, died Thursday, March 8, 2001, at her son, Steve (Joan) Gordon's home.

Rose was born August 1, 1926, in Lena, Wis., daughter of the late George and Margaret Brouchoud DesJarlais.

She married Donald Gordon October 30, 1948, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Two Rivers. He preceded her in death on January 11, 1997. She was an active member of the Two Rivers Eagles Auxiliary and the V.F.W. Auxiliary.

Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, David and Pat Gordon, Larrabee, Dale Gordon and special friend, Claudia Hanes, both of Two Rivers, Steve and Joan Gordon, Two Rivers; one daughter, Donald Reilly, Marshfield; three grandchildren, Rachel and Michael Gordon, Larrabee, Nicholas Reilly, Marshfield; one brother, James DesJarlais, Two Rivers; four sisters and one brother-in-law, Eva Bellemore, Marinette, Clarice and Tom O'Connor, Whitelaw, Lucille Schumacker, Two Rivers, Alice Yama, Two Rivers; other relatives and friends also survive.

Besides her parents and husband, Donald, she was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.

Private family funeral services will be held. Inurnment will take place at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth. The Gordon family would like to thank Holy Family Memorial Medical Center, Holy Family Hospice, Holy Family Home Health Care and all the doctors who helped Rose and her family.
