Helen O'Brien, Lyman's wife, is also buried in the Austin Cemetery, Kitty Hawk, Dare, North Carolina, however, Mr. Patterson, a find-a-grave volunteer in that area, sent an e-mail as follows:

"Jo Ann, I attempted to locate the Sinclair graves in the Austin Cemetery, ...but was unsuccessful in locating their gravestones. The graves are listed in the following publication:
Lois Johnson Meekins, A.M.G. (2001) 'Sacred To Their Memory': Dare County, NC Cemeteries, Manteo, NC, Gateway Press, Inc., p. 391, and the grave plots for the cemetery are listed on p. 422.
The graves for Helen O'Brian Sinclair and her husband Lyman B. (Byron) Sinclair are in plots 41A and 41B respectively. As you can see in the attached photograph there are very few visible gravestones in that part of the cemetery. In the attached photograph, (this same picture is attached to Lyman's find-a-grave information) the graves would be in the third row from the left roughly to the left of the large bush, essentially in the middle of the picture. I did probe around a little bit but did not find any stones in the part of row 3.
I am sorry I could not be of more help to you ...Best of luck on your research."
The Ford Family want to thank Mr. Patterson and all the volunteers that help families with finding our ancestors' genealogical and history precious records.
