Frank was the son of Cleveland Eagle and Lillian Ruth Mayberry Eagle.
He is survived by his sister Dora Marie Eagle of Dundalk, Maryland, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by eight brothers, John Eldridge, Grover Cleveland, William Lyle, Clyde, Marvin Lester, Claude Christian, Henry and Baby Boy Eagle.
Frank was retired from the position of General Manager at South Land Services-Republic of Jacksonville. He enjoyed fishing, scuba diving, and photography. Frank was an honored member of the United States Military.
A Memorial Service was held at Hardage-Gidden Town and Country Funeral Home Thursday, January 28, 2010.
