Mrs. Ethel Hammond Adams, wife of Leo C. Adams, died unexpectedly today at her home, 211 Lathrop rd., where she had lived since 1945. A native of Virgil, Mrs. Adams was a member of Robinson Memorial Church of Westvale, the Syracuse General Hospital Auxiliary and the Order of Eastern Star in Geneva. Survivors, besides her husband, are a son, L. Norman Adams; three sisters, Mrs. Martha Randall of Little York, Mrs. Bertha Gross of McGraw and Mrs. Elsie Holl of East Homer, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be conducted in the Fairchild and Meech Funeral Chapel at 1 P.M. Tuesday. Friends may call from 7 to 9 P.M. tomorrow and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Monday.
