THE NEWS DEMOCRAT, GEORGETOWN, OHIO, THURSDAY, 13 JUN 2008: Opal P. Alexander, 75, died Saturday, June 7, 2008 at her residence.
She is survived by two daughters, Pam Lindsey and Patty Miller; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Sams and Joe Sams; and three sisters, Evelyn Apgar, Mary Baker and Vickie Knisely.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, at Beam-Fender Funeral Home in Sardinia.
Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, at the funeral home.
Burial: Buford Cemetery.
Memorials: Donor's choice.
