James Edward Hatmaker, age 87, of Caryville passed away September 29, 2014. A member and Sunday School Superintendent of Caryville United Methodist Church. A US Army veteran, Boy Scouts Leader of Troop #620, member of Caryville Volunteer Fire Department since 1953, member of The National Association for Amateur Radio, 50 year member of Campbell County Lodge #778, an Auxiliary deputy of Campbell County Sheriff's office, and retired from TVA after 31 years of service.

Preceded in death by wife, Mona; parents, Edgar J. & Texas Hatmaker; brothers, John and Richard.

Survivors Children: Catherine Patty & husband Gerald, Jacksboro
Eddie Hatmaker & wife Bertha, Caryville Grandsons: Shaun and Jonathan Patty, Jacksboro Granddaughters: Brooke Goins & husband Dewayne, Jacksboro Emily Hatmaker, Caryville Great-grandsons: Riley and Kolton Goins, Jacksboro

Dave Grant officiating Interment 10 AM Friday Campbell Memorial Gardens In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Caryville United Methodist Church, P.O.
