ADELINE M. JOHNSON

Adeline M. Johnson, age 90, formerly of South 41st Street in Manitowoc, died Tuesday, June 28, 2005, at St. Mary Home, Manitowoc.

Adeline was born Oct. 20, 1914, at Gladstone, Michigan, daughter of the late Herman A. and Marie (née Anderson) Kosbab. She grew up and was educated at Escanaba, Michigan.

On May 12, 1934, she married Harry C. Johnson in Gladstone, Mich. Harry predeceased her Oct. 20, 1998.

Adeline enjoyed family gatherings, visiting relatives, playing cards, shopping and casinos.

Surviving children include: Jack (Carol) Johnson, Manitowoc; Jill (John) Gill, Quinnesec, Mich.; Pat (Dale) Aulik, Manitowoc; Rita Johnson, Ocean Springs, Miss.; eight grandchildren include: Rhonda (Bill) Thompson, Pennsylvania., Rory (Sherri) Johnson, Mississippi; Michael Paulus, Michigan; Debra Paulus, Michigan; Kevin Aulik, Milwaukee; Kent Aulik, Madison; Craig (Betsy) Johnson, Manitowoc; Todd Johnson, Alabama; special goddaughter: Barbara (Jim) Douglas, Michigan; five great-grandchildren: Stuart and Stacey Jones, Katheryn Thompson, Ronald Gage and Sydney Johnson; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Private family funeral services will be held. The Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory, Manitowoc, is serving the Johnson family.
